If u have an UKV PAL SNES console and geting picture but no sound when you hookup the console to tv set with RF out, your tv need support to the PAL-I system. Check this out from your sets user manual. For example my Panasonic TXP-42WTW60E plasma TV, i solved that issue selecting SC2 option in analog tuning menu. Mine another TV Sony KDS-32S2000 and this tv not supporting the PAL-I mode, but only PAL B/G and cannot hear sound when i connect console to this tv.
Of course best option is grab a RGB scart cable for SNES something like this:

UKV SNES'i TV'ye RF çıkışından bağlayıp ses alamıyorsanız TV'nizin PAL-I modunu desteklemesi gerekiyor. İlgili destek TV'nin marka ve modeline göre araştırılmalı. Örneğin PAL-I desteği Panasonic TXP42STW60E plazma TV için PAL-I modu analog tuning menüsündeki SC1-SC2 seçeneklerinde gizlenmiş durumda. Elimdeki bir başka TV olan SONY KDL-32S2000 modelinde ise PAL-I desteği yok. Dolayısıyla görüntü normalken bu TV'den ses alamıyorum. Tabi en güzeli yukarıdaki linkte bir örneğini verdiğim RGB scart kablosu alıp TV out yerine RGB AV çıkışını kullanmak ama teknik bir detayın sebebini not düşmek de meraklısına ayrı bir olay.
